What is Au'DHD?

The term Au'DHD is not in itself a diagnosis, it is a term used by the neurodivergent community to describe having diagnoses of both ASC and ADHD. Au'DHD brings about the complexities and difficulties of having traits in both ASC and ADHD.

For numerous years I have worked alongside Au'DHDer's in both education and within the community. I have established knowledge and experience through understanding the complexities with each individual and how to effectively support them holistically.
